Project Description
The Crack Sealing Project includes the application of hot, rubberized asphalt sealant which is applied to cracks within the roadway to reinforce joints and minimize further roadway degradation. This project will be completed along River Road (starting from Andover St - House #290), and the full length of Foster Rd. This work is anticipated to begin in mid-June. There will be Traffic control officers on site to keep traffic flowing, expect minor delays if traveling in the area.

June 13, 2025
The Towns contractor, Superior Sealcoat, will be out crack sealing various roads today. The work is expected to take place between the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Below is a list of roadways the contractor may be working on. Minor delays can be expected within the work zones.

- Virgina Rd (Entire Road)
- Coburn Ave (Entire Road)
- Linwood Ave (Entire Road)
- Hazelwood Ave (Entire Road)
- David Morris Road (Entire Road)
- Pinnacle Street (Entire Road)
- Chivas Circle (Entire Road)

The Town's Contractor Superior Sealcoat will begin crack sealing Town roadways the week of June 9th. Crack sealing dates are weather dependent and are tentative. The work is expected to take place between the times of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. There will be Traffic Control Officers on site, expect some minor delays.
