Through the authority granted by M.G.L. Ch. 40A, the Tewksbury Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4 establishes a Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Board is the entity to which applicants may appeal due to their inability to obtain a building permit or enforcement action by means of an application as an aggrieved party, an application for a variance, or an application for a special permit.
