Human Resources

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide the most effective, efficient and proactive services to the employees and retirees of the Town of Tewksbury. Human Resource functions include but are not limited to:

  • Personnel policy implementation
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Benefit administration for employees and retirees
  • Employee relations
  • Wage and salary administration
  • Management and coordination of all non-safety personnel, and public safety personnel occupational injuries
  • Manage personnel files
  • Coordinator of Senior/Veteran Tax program
  • Staff development
