To enforce the Massachusetts State Building Code and the Town of Tewksbury Zoning By-Laws. To enforce these codes and by-laws with impartiality and courtesy, to respect the constitutional rights of all people, and to provide services to the citizens of Tewksbury that will enhance their quality of life and public safety.

Please contact the Conservation Department before commencing any site work including, but not limited to, grading, filling, or otherwise altering the land.
