Breaking and Entering Arrest
On December 28, 2017 at approximately 7:19 PM, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Forest Walker, 18, of 22 Bowers Street, Apt #415, Lowell for breaking and entering (night time - to commit a felony), receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession of burglarious tools and receiving stolen property over $250.
The Tewksbury Police Department received a call that a suspicious vehicle was located at 1219 Andover Street. The caller believed the suspect might still be inside the home. Members of the Tewksbury Police Department arrived and were able to apprehend Walker while he was still inside the residence. It was later discovered that Walker drove to this location using a vehicle that was stolen out of Lowell. Tewksbury Police Officers and Detectives also located some property that was taken from the residence in the stolen car that Walker was operating.
The home located at 1219 Andover Street is under construction, no one was inside at the time this incident occurred.
Walker was due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on December 29, 2017.
