Hooksett Recycling Facility Trip - September 29, 2010
Members of the Tewksbury and Billerica Recycling Committees travelled to
the Allied Waste recycling facility in Hooksett, NH to learn more about the
processes used. This information allows us to provide better guidance to
you.
Please:
- Remember not to put recycling in plastic bags (they slow down processing and ultimately increase costs
- Remember to keep heavily stained pizza boxes out of the recycling stream
- Remember to keep straws out of the recycling stream
Enjoy the pictures!
